Denise Neumann-Fuhr – Transformational Coach

Recently, I’ve found myself drawn to music – I mean REALLY drawn to it. I put my headset on, turn on one of my favorite playlists on Spotify, and before long, I’m transported to a place of spaciousness were time stretches and I gain access to creativity and vision in ways never experienced before. When I say music, I’m not talking about songs belted out on radio stations or tunes that evoke nostalgia or memories of other times in my life, but instrumental pieces of such creative genius that my soul is uplifted and I feel transported and deeply fed. This music carries me into a state of flow where expansion and ease envelope me and I stand, it seems, with a foot in two worlds – one in the mundane, ordinary, concrete place of normal waking life where the work unfolds… and the other, well, some place else. Some place sublime. These songs accompany me as I write, create, work…and they serenade me as I kayak, the tones blending seamlessly with the chirping of birds and the tender caress of the breeze that accompanies me while I’m “Out There”.

Capturing the heart and essence of this, is the following music selection:
Sacred Alignment

There’s something about the intersection of music, water, and the natural world that creates a magical experience! A space where these sacred tendrils of life seem to align, harmoniously…a middle third, so to speak. And I’ve noticed something remarkable happening when I’m in this state. Not only does my entire nervous system become remarkably calm, but my inner vision expands, my vibration elevates, and wildlife encounters increase. Seriously! Recently, while paddling on the local Cataraqui River, I was in one of these sublime energetic states when I came upon four river otters bobbing curiously in the water, 20 feet in front of my kayak. In 16 years of paddling this waterway, I have never encountered otters here. Never!

Otter = Woman Medicine
(Sams & Carson).
Pure alignment. Pure joy

It was during this and other similarly expansive moments that insights and creative ideas began to surface. This newsletter is the harvesting of those ideas. It aims to share with you, the fruits of these visions through an offering that I hope you find supportive, if not intriguing. Here’s what’s on offer…

This series will begin in September 2026 and end in May 2027 when we break for the summer. Each circle will focus on a specific chakra and it’s corresponding theme or energetic function. Working in this way is very intentional as we build awareness from the ground up. And for those who prefer, something less structured, maybe opting for a “let’s see what shows up” approach, space will be made for that as well. Circles will continue to be scheduled with the moon cycle in mind, because it turns out that…

These two systems are not separate.
They are two maps of the same territory: the energy body moving through time…

SITUATING OURSELVES IN THE STARS

We’re entering the time of the Fall Equinox. In Germanic pagan culture (my heritage), Erntedankfest was the traditional harvest thanksgiving festival that occurred during the Autumn. Not unlike the Celts who celebrated Mabon, this moment in the Wheel of the Year, symbolizes cosmic balance and gathering together
to give thanks for summer’s harvest.

As we return to ceremony we honor the ongoing movement of the stars and planets, the changing seasons,
and the many cycles of life that bring balance into our lives. Astrologically, we are transitioning from the passionate, expressive fire energy of Leo (July 23-August 22), to the practical, grounded earth energy of Virgo (begins August 23). Now the mood shifts from play to productivity.
This energy corresponds with the first Chakra theme of grounding and stability.

So, here we go…a new circle season begins!
