Mindfulness-based assisted self-discovery. Working with the innate wisdom of the body and the mind-body connection, clients learn to notice how their systems are organized in response to life. This practice is based in the principles of mindfulness, loving presence, non-violence, unity, mind-body holism, and organicity.

Psychospiritual refers to the relationship between the mind and the spirit.

Reiki is an energy practice originating in Japan that helps to reduce stress, induce relaxation, and promote healing. Reiki translates into “spiritually guided life force energy” which is administered by “laying on hands”

Transpersonal Psychology is spiritual psychology. It weaves together psychological concepts, theories, and methods with the subject matter and practices of the spiritual disciplines.
