I am a spiritual seeker with an introspective, adventuresome and curious nature. For the past 20 years I have explored my inner world with a genuine desire for healing, growth, and understanding. Inspired by forces felt yet unseen, I have examined the vulnerable terrain of unresolved wounds, fears and unmet needs; delicately dissected outmoded patterns and beliefs; and restructured my perspective on life. This is the work of living – to acknowledge and accept, all that we are – both our woundedness and our gifts. It is the journey of the soul. I know it well. I invite you to walk with me.
